What the report covers
We test your home page and your most visited pages on a throttled phone connection and on desktop, then go through what each page loads. The report lists every issue we find, explains it in plain language, and ranks the fixes by how much they help compared with how hard they are.

Who it suits
An audit makes sense if you already have someone who looks after the site, or if you are comfortable in your site's dashboard. It is also a good first step if you aren't sure whether a rebuild is worth it. If you later order a rebuild from us, the audit work carries over and the quote reflects that.

Do you need access to my site for an audit?
No. An audit works from the public pages. Access helps only if you want us to check plugin settings or hosting configuration.
Will the report be too technical for me?
Each item has a plain explanation first and the technical detail after it, so you can read the top line and pass the rest to whoever does the work.
