1. Test and quote
For an existing site, we test your main pages on a throttled phone connection and save the reports. For a new site, we read your notes and look at how your competitors' pages load. Then you get a written quote with scope, what's included, and a delivery date. Nothing starts until you accept it.
2. Plan
We agree on the page list, what content moves across or gets written, and which tools have to keep working: booking, payments, forms, chat. For rebuilds we list every page address so nothing gets lost.
3. Build on staging
We build on a private staging address. You check it on your own phone and computer and send notes. Typical notes are wording fixes, swapping a photo, and moving a button higher on a page.
4. Launch and retest
We switch the site live at a quiet time for your business, check forms and redirects, and run the same tests as in step one. You get the before and after reports and a short handover guide.
Access and ownership

Your data
Logins and site data are used only for your project. Ask us to remove our accounts once the job is done and we will. See the privacy policy.
